The Prototyp Einfamilienhaus is the prototype of a single-family home. Such houses will be built in Germany, Italy and Switzerland. The first sample will be sold in Germany, in the town of DarB, in 2008, when it is planned to complete the construction

AKA architetti won the competition for the development of a prototype home for one family, for sale in Germany, Switzerland and Italy. In April 2007, five European architectural companies were invited to participate and exchange ideas on the theme of a wooden house for a single family.
The Italian company AKA with their environmentally compatible and energy-saving project was announced by the jury as "Choice No. 1". The competition organized by Energietechnik was closed. Only five invited companies took part in it.

The presented project has two floors with a total area of ​​about 130 square meters. The first floor includes a common area from which you can see the greenery outside, as the walls of the first floor are made of durable glass. The second floor with private rooms is made entirely of wood.
